E1 JDE 9.1 Apps Release -- Deployment Server Files Corrupt -- Help Needed!

I was in the process of extracting files for our 9.1 Apps Release - Deployment Server and it seems as if the following files, ascontrol.ear and E1Local14.CAB, are corrupt:

- Deployment Server\System\OC4J\j2ee\home\applications\ascontro l.ear
- Deployment Server\OneWorldClient Install\Third Party\ORACLE\E1Local14.CAB

You can see the full errors with associated extract files in the attachments.

So our issue is that at this time we do not have Oracle support to request a replacement for these files to be sent. Can anyone who is running this Apps Release could possible help us or point me in the direction of where to get them so that we can proceed with the actual setup?
