Fix Inspect Form Interconnect Problem

We have an application that use fix inspect from a search and select form. we are able to insert a new record but when we select a record on the grid the SQL pass to the Fix Inspect form is not OK and also the update process when I click on the ok button not work. Did someone seen something like that before??
