JDE Localizations

Hello, need an advise on implementing multiple localizations (Colombia / Brazil / Germany....).

Current JDE version: JD Edwards EnterPriseOne Release 24 with SQL and Windows OS platform.
AP / GL and FA modules used with multiple third party systems integrations. Multiple countries transactions, multi currency.... not heavily customized but tons interfaces with JDE.

Now, we have a requirement for implementing Colombia and Brazil localizations. Current system does not have any country...
