With out using scheduler can we trigger notifications when ever any value changed in the form

Hi Team,

We are on Tools Release: EnterpriseOne 9.2.8.2

With out using scheduler can we trigger notifications when ever any value changed in the form ?

Eg: When ever if we change Employee Pay Status from Active to terminated - through P0801 Application- then with out a scheduler - we need to trigger notification! Could any one please provide your insights on how can we achieve his with out using Scheduler in orchestrations.
