Notification url is duplicating is concatenating itself and always starting with http://

Hi folks

I am writing a simple notification that has a url link in it and it 'looks good' but if you click it it's duplicated so doesn't really work

However if I copy the text it displays and paste that into a browser it works fine

I can't get rid of the http:// starting point either



I don't want to paste the actual URL in here

I can't find any docs on this particular part of notifications. Has anyone got any good references for this
