Assign approval routes according to the creator of the order and not by P4310 version

Good afternoon, a question about the configuration of the P4310 in section 10. Approvals option 2 - Initiator user profile. Could this be taken to mean that a user who creates an order can be assigned an approval route? And with this we can avoid the creation of several versions.
