F04572OW Insert or Update

Hi All,

Tring to find where this table is written to or updated. I think it may be when we run either the R04570 or R04571. I've looked at these, but it doesn't appear to be in any of these. I'm guessing its in one of the functions that is called from within.

Any ideas or suggestions?
