Creating SOs (multiple lines) and changing delivery address afterwards

Hi folks

I've been asked if it's possible to use an Orchestration to add SOs with varying detail lines and then at the end change the delivery address.
I'm hoping to use @Kevin Long 's awesome excel plug in

When I see the users do this, I see them add the header, then the detail lines, click OK, make a note of the DOCO then go back in and change the delivery address.

Is this something I could do in a form recording? If so how would I then only change the delivery address once? Or...
