Looking for help to fix a TMS issue.
We defined Basic preferenes for Carrier (33) as sequence 1 and Customer Freight (32) as sequence 2. When the sales order is entered and Shipment Number is assigned, the preferred carrier is automatically selected correctly. However, when Load (P4960) is built, the system automatically overrode the preferred carrier with the LEAST COST carrier. What is causing this? How do we fix it?
