How to generate a New Pallet Number ( Tare SSCC )

Hello ,
I need to generate a New pallet number ( Tare SSCC ) ,What is the BSFN function ( with parameter values) to generate this ?
I checked in standard program , its using cache functions B4600970 . if anyone used this functions could you let me know the set of other functions
required and the parameter details to pass .

Is there any other function for this , i need to just generate a Tare SSCC next number.
