Tools 9.2.3.4 on Application E9.1 ... will Orchestrator and all the other UDO's work as expected?

Client has E9.1 with Tools 9.2.3.4. Currently I don't have a URL for studio, nor UDO security setup and am asking for it...

But dumb question: Does Orchestrator actually work on this sort of setup?
