Cycle count update UOM

Hi all, I have been facing issues updating cycle count as explain below,
I have items in EA,IP and CS . I usually convert all the count to EA however some item can only be updated in either IP or CS. I simply copy and paste the count from excel to jde

What will be the best approach apart from manually updating this items involved.
