In testing the voucher match automation feature in JDE 9.1, I keep getting the output on R4304016 with error message 'available for manual matching' and the receipt doc, order number etc fields are blank. This is for a test with automation rule 01. The automation flag is 1, process type moved from 1 to 2. What could be the problem? Note the pdf successfully generated with this message. Any help would be most appreciated. many thanks
