GT Media Object Definition

Hi All

Does anyone know where the actual field breakdown of a GT Media Object is held in JDE?
Eg GT4201A is made up of 3 fields, KCOO / DOCO / DCTO.
I know that by going into the design of the object, but where is that definition held in JDE?

Any one know?
