We have a Work Order (Maintenance) whose Parts List is showing Quantities Issued (Actual Quantity) but the Cardex is showing nothing for a couple of parts.
Is there a way for users to enter quantities without it showing on the Cardex?
Unfortunately, it happened in February and was not discovered until recently
