Create!form Large Files in 'Create!form/Temp'

Hello,

Just found this forum which talks about Create!form.

I currently have an issue where create form is generating large files in the /Temp directory. These files randomly appear and well it is causing issues when it comes to my servers disk space, files are name and they are called CF---- then a set of numbers and works the File type is 'File'.

Would these files be safe to delete so that I can free up space so that the server does not crash once the disk is full.
