We run two instances of JDE E1. One for HR/PR and one for everything else. In our HR/PR instance we create "dummy" data for developers to work with in our DV environment - we currently don't do full data copies. This has a lot of problems, in short it is really never close to what we have in our PY/PD environment and it become very hard for developers to replicate what the BAs see in PY/PD. What we would really like to do is do a full data copy from PD or PY to DV and then Obfuscate / Anonymize the data for any sensitive data elements like SSN, addresses, salary, etc.
Before we roll our own solution, I would like to know if there are any products out there that all ready do this? Any that are designed specifically for E1 would obviously be a plus.
