We have identified an issue with the cost simulation program R30812. This has stumped our JDE consultant and Oracle! A manufactured item has 38 hours of routed time. All workcenters have frozen labor and overhead rates greater than $20, However, when the R30812 cost simulation program is ran, the routed costs only calculate $7 in direct labor and $16 in overhead. Not even Oracle can explain this one.
