Hi ,
We are on E9.2 version and have a requirement to add sub ledger and sub ledger type on detail grid . F4211 EDIT LINE has no input/output parameter for sub ledger and sub ledger type . I want to use prepossess value edit line call before the F4211 edit line but it is not saving the data in sales order work file . Any idea what parameterr do i need to have on F4211 pre process edit line . below are the input values I am passing to preprocess.

Hi ,
We are on E9.2 and planning to Use UDO extension column on grid for sub ledger in P4210 detail form . Since we don't have F4211 edit line validation for sub ledger and sub ledger type so how to validate the UDO column sub ledger value when the user inputs whether is right or wrong through even rules in so detail ?

Hi folks,

Hard to explain so bare with me, again.............

I have a weird issue with a dcLinkWOInventoryIssues when a certain ITM maybe over more than 1 LOTN, it's never issuing to the 2nd F3111 line.

Site that have warehousing seem to be doing this with the F3111 data:
DOCO OPSQ BSEQ CPNB is a key but I am seeing CPNB is incremented like this 2.00 2.01 etc

Yet other sites that don't will not do that, they will be 2 3 6 7 14 etc. ND3N1113 works fine here however.

Is there a way to prevent processing of SO if Ship to address is on hold /made inactive after order is created? It works if new order is created after ship to address is made inactive but if there is an already open order and then the ship to is made inactive/placed on hold then no errors are given. We do Denied Party screening to ensure transactions are not done with entities on a sanctioned list but we don't have a way to stop the order processing if one of the ship to address is a...

We have R42800 no custom code for the version data selection: F4211.DOC <> 0, F4211.NXTR = 620, select 6 DCTOs with Equal To
ran for 35 mins processed 3923 records or 21 mins processed 2595 records
I would like to check to see if this is normal process time and the data selection is correct and efficient
I thought when data selection to select <> which will do a full table scan but I found standard JDE versions have the same data selection

When I create a watch list I either get a yellow triangle with an ! mark inside or the indicator spins non stop. If I click on the watch list it goes to the appropriate query. What am I doing wrong?

Recently tried modifying standard DD descriptions and column titles . This DD belongs to localization.
Changed value of Row description and column title value. Put the same value in Row description and Column title
example:
Original values of DD: Row description : ABC ABCDEF
Column Title:ABC
Notice different values in Row description and column title

Changed values:
Original values of DD: Row description : GHIJ KLMN
Column Title:GHIJ KLMN

Hi all,

As per Oracles instructions and other threads on here to use P4072 ‘Object Library’ (stored in F4072.ADFRMN) to specify a custom business function we must use the data structure D4500210.
This data structure passes into the function “idF4211RowPtr” which is a pointer to the F4211 record in cache.

The only way I can see to use this value is the JDE standard API “jdeRetrieveDataPtr”
Called something like this..
lpdsF4211 = jdeRetrieveDataPtr(hUser,lpDS->idF4211RowPtr);

This is fine...

Hi,

We are using E9.1 . I am getting an Issue in LOCAL WEB .

When i am trying to create a new sales order , the grid is not showing up ( Blank in detail Part) in the 2nd screen where i need to enter the Item details in ADD mode.
In 1st form the Sales Inquiry screen the Grid is showing up and i can find an order and see the Order in the grid . but when i am going to 2nd form ADD/ Edit mode the grid is not showing up. its happening in my VDI local web. I tried with other VDIs too and...

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if there's a way to get a list of all UBE's/versions where the output is CSV? We are using the latest version of Tidal Scheduler and you have to define the output to be CSV there if you want it to create the CSV output in JDE. So now I need to find every version where we have CSV output and update the job definition in Tidal.

Hi - I have included in table in Createforms. If the number of rows in JDE PDF is more than 2, then the table in createforms appear in 2nd page. If it is 2 rows then table is appearing in 1st page. It means if the Create form is not able to accomodate the table in the 1st page, it is skipping the 1st page and printing the lines in 2nd page.

Is there way to print as many rows possible in page 1 and then continue to page 2.

Hello Everyone,
We are currently upgrading from 9.0 to 9.2 and adding all customizations. in 9.0 we have customizations on the Post Button Clicked in the OK button in P4210 to loop thru all the lines of the order being created to update fields like VR01. What I have noticed in 9.2 that when the End Doc is executed in the Post Button Clicked the order does not exist in the table yet. When I am running debug I noticed that the order is only appearing at Post Commit at the level of the form...

Hello All
While creating J line type orders against a GL account sometimes we are getting a "Record Invalid Error" when the approver goes to P43081 to review and approve orders. The issue cannot be replicated.

However even with this error, the user is able to get in and approve the Purchase Orders and hence there seems to be no apparent error with the specific PO.

Did anyone else face the same issue. Please let me know what is the reason.

I have reviewed the Oracle documentation and searched threads here first and I don't see anything specific to this issue.

We are on JDE 9.2, Tools release 9.2.3.5.

Issue: Management want to issue "shipping" paperwork to go with trucks moving inventory to a location in the same branch plant that is 5 miles down the road. Hi,

I would like to ask about orchestration outputs, where I have found out that some orchestration doesn't show the orchestration outputs when clicked. Is this a bug? I've cleared my caches, logging in and back but still having the same issue. Do someone have an explanation about this? I've search online about JDE orchestrator related to this issue, but there's not much info about JDE Orchestrator, or anyone have a source where I can find about this matter?
